5 Stars hail storm
This was easy to put on the roof rack and easy to take off. It made it through some crazy rain and even a hail storm with no damage to the carrier or to the stuff inside. It went on our Toyota Highlander without a problem.
5 Stars exceeded expectations
Bought this last minute for a 800 mile trip to Florida. We drove thru driving rain for several hours, hail, tornado warnings, etc and I was fulling expecting to wash all of our clothes we had packed in 3 large duffle bags. All was dry except a small end of one bag (must have been right were the zippers came together). Tip…unless you pack a box the perfect size of the carrier, you will not get a nice cube like the picture. Pull the top front end down first to create a sloped front. It will help with wind resistance. The four straps were ample tie down. None came lose.
2 Stars Spring Break Gone Bad with Highland Kar Pak
We set off on our trip from NW IN to Florida with this carrier using an Acura MDX. First off the carrier did not fit in between the luggage rack so I had to put some of the bags on the other side of the back bar. With that being said, it did hold alot of bags (3 large, 2 medium, and 2 carry ons). The opening with this carrier only has the zipper around one corner only, and it makes it difficult putting the bags in there. I was able to get it all packed and went to zip it shut, but it was definitely a challenge, this thing was hard to zip shut. Finally got it, strapped it down, and off we went. When I bought this, I knew that it was going to cut down on the MPG, but holy cow! this thing cut off at least 5 miles to the gallon!! We did stay overnight in a hotel, so that means you have to unload everything for fear of theft. So here we go again, another work out. When we got to our destination everything came out dry after going through some torrential rain storms. When it was time to come back, loaded everything back in it, and went to pull on the straps for tie it down, and snap! the strap on the front of it broke right on the carrier itself. I had alot of weight up there and it would shift if I went around corners with only 3 straps, and one of the other strap holders was showing it was about to go. Off I went to get some come along straps and tie it down that way. Since the carrier doesn’t have anything to tie to, I had to wrap it around a couple of times and buckle it down. Now with that done we weren’t going to get back in this thing to get stuff out until we got home. That meant driving through the night, which I absolutely hate, because I didn’t want to stop over night and unpack and pack it up again. What a disaster this turned out to be (not going to get into details with this one!). We finally made it home, and again everything came out dry after going through some heavy rain and SNOW.
So this is not an awfully bad carrier, just some flaws that need to be fixed.
Pros: Waterproof
Lots of room
Fairly inexpensive vs other options
Cons: Strap holders not strong enough
Not big enough opening to put stuff in it
Zipper very tuff to close and open
GAS MILEAGE KILLER!
4 Stars worked well
This cargo carrier worked very well. I used more straps than just the ones that came with it and it really didn’t move the entire 1,000+ mile trip. It is waterproof and carries a lot. I have a RAV 4 and should have bought the cross bars to go under this. Roof popped back out after I unloaded the carrier!
5 Stars Excellent Storage for the money!
I bought this product with intentions of traveling from NC to south Florida. It more than served it’s purpose. Very easy to load and secure to your SUV roof. Very durable material that will last a long time and convenient to remove and store as it folds up nicely! All this for less than $50! Can’t beat the quality for this price!!
Dirty Dancing 20th Anniversary Edition

Dirty Dancing 20th Anniversary Edition

As with Grease (1978) and Footloose (1984) before it, Dirty Dancing was a cultural phenomenon that now plays more like camp. That very campiness, though, is part of its biggest charm. And if the dancing in the movie doesn’t seem particularly “dirty” by today’s standards–or 1987’s–it does take place in an era (the early ’60s) when it would have. Frances “Baby” Houseman (Jennifer Grey, daughter of ageless hoofer Joel Grey) has been vacationing in the Catskills with her family for many years. Uneventfully. One summer, she falls under the sway (as it were) of dance instructor Johnny Castle (Patrick Swayze). Baby is a pampered pup, but Johnny is a man of the world. Baby’s father, Jake (Law and Order’s Jerry Orbach), can’t see the basic decency in greaser Johnny that she can. It should come as no surprise to find that Baby, who can be as immature as her name, learns more about love and life–and dancing–from free-spirited Johnny than traditionalist Jake.
Dirty Dancing spawned two successful soundtracks, a short-lived TV series, and a stage musical. It may be predictable, but Grey and Swayze have chemistry, charisma, and all the right moves. It’s a sometimes silly movie with occasionally mind-boggling dialogue–”No one puts Baby in a corner!”–that nonetheless carries an underlying message about tolerance and is filled with the kind of exuberant spirit that’s hard for even the most cynical to resist. Not that they’d ever admit it. –Kathleen C. Fennessy

5 Stars Product Exactly as described and FAST delivery
It came exactly as described and was shipped promptly. As flawless as a transaction can be.
3 Stars Classic
Bought for my wife for Easter. Classic movie. However I didn’t notice a big difference with this Blu-Ray compared to regular DVD. If you like this movie, I would recommend for the price.
5 Stars Dirty Dancing is Awesome
This movie is one of my favorite movies of all time and Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey are great! They work their chemistry and Jerry Orbach is wonderful as the father and the music is great and the dance is great. Cynthia Rhodes’ Richard Marx’s wife is excellent. The movie was made before they started dating.
1 Star not what i ordered
i ordered the “dirty dancing” dvd, the description online said it was the fullscreen version. when it arrived it was the widescreen version. i do not care for movies in the widescreen. i have checked back since i got my order and it is still being advertised as the “fullscreen version. i love the movie and always have, that’s why i ordered it in dvd. i really think it should be advertised as it really is so other people don’t get the wrong product like i did
5 Stars DIRTY DANCING
ONE WORD GOES WITH THIS MOVIE AND THAT IS CLASSIC. IS THE BEST COMING OF AGE FILM.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall Unrated Widescreen Edition

Breaking up is hard to do–but that doesn’t mean you can’t have some belly laughs about it. Forgetting Sarah Marshall provides that rare treat: a romantic comedy about breakups, that is both romantic and funny. The laughs, especially from writer-star Jason Segel, are both heartfelt and raunchy, and the film is just unexpected enough that it keeps the viewer’s attention till the end. The touches of producer Judd Apatow, who’s famously retooled rom-coms to appeal to guys as much as women, are woven throughout the film, but Segel’s script, reportedly based on many of his own experiences, is fresh and original. And adult. Forgetting Sarah Marshall features male genitalia laffs presented in unexpected and human ways (the nude breakup scene is played for giggles but also deep poignancy), and the language and sex scenes are strictly for grownups–and rightly so. Segel’s script, and his performance as Peter, show that he understands the true nature of adult re! lationships, which provides the refreshing difference between this film and some of Apatow’s other crude creations. The cast is sublime; Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) plays title character Sarah, a self-absorbed actress, and Russell Brand is her new British honey who accompanies her to–what are the chances?–the exact same Hawaiian resort as Peter, who’s nursing his broken heart. Mila Kunis plays Rachel, the resort employee who gives Peter a reason to hope, and Paul Rudd is the surfing instructor who gives him his own brand of heartfelt advice (”When life gives you lemons, just say ‘F— the lemons’ and bail,” he says cheerily). The pacing is screwball, and the absurdities fly (a “Dracula” musical puppet show, and a surprisingly lovely Hawaiian version of “Nothing Compares 2 U”). Nothing the viewer will forget any time soon.–A.T. Hurley

5 Stars great movie
honestly, the first time i saw it, i wasn’t sure how much i liked it. i love it now, though. jason segel is hilarious, and he’s such a cutie. “i wish i wasn’t wearing this f***ing shirt!”
4 Stars Apatow and the A-Team Do it Again
OK, so Apatow has plugged into a profitable formula for comedies, and he’s staying true to his format. Where’s the crime in that? His movies are funny and appeal to the broad 17-54 audience.
I thought the movie was very entertaining. All of the characters were veryt likeable on some level. There really isn’t a villain in the film (Well, maybe the puppet Van Helsing). The main characters show that people are shades of grey, not black and white.
Unlike many comedies tat find it necessary to wedge in some ill-fitting hollywood “names” that ham up their minor roles, this film did not go there. The supporting cast all act within a believable space, though some are a bit of a push toward the edges (the inexperienced newlyweds) or the stereotype (the surfing instructor).
Bottom line — this film doesn’t disappoint, and leaves you feeling that no matter how bad life seems, things can always get better if you stay true to yourself and pursue a happy life. It’s a nice 2-hour escape.
5 Stars So darn funny!
A definite must watch. If you own the DVD, you’ll watch it often, too funny!
3 Stars Forgettable
By now, Judd Apatow’s formula is becoming familiar. His comedies are populated by lovable, goofy, slightly immature male characters, strong, beautiful, vulnerable female characters, and equal parts gross-out humor, heart, and truth. In films like “The 40 Year Old Virgin” and “Knocked Up” this formula sizzled. In “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” the formula only creates a lukewarm movie experience.
The usual cast of charming comedic actors are all entertaining and likable enough. (The breakout star of this film is Russell Brand, who shines as a benevolent womanizer.) So why does the film never really take off? It’s probably the script. While in the beginning the movie explores male vulnerability and response to rejection, after the story moves to Hawaii the story mostly just becomes silly. Another problem is that the female characters aren’t written very well … although the actresses are sexy and charming, the script never really explores what makes them tick.
Overall, “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” is an entertaining but forgettable, lightweight comedy.
1 Star Pathetic
What a terrible movie. We have a character who likes to run around in the nude showing his stuff. Get over yourself. This didn’t even have much of a story. The worse movie I have seen in a while.

2 Stars american casino guide
If you’re going to Las Vegas, there are enough free publications that you don’t need this. If you want to know about all the casinos in the US, it’s a good reference.
5 Stars Foolish to visit Vegas without it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have been going to Vegas three or four times a year for more than a decade and we would not think about going without at least one (usually two) of these books. The free drinks, two for one drinks and two for one buffet coupons pay for the books many, many times over… Even in these economic times and with all the deals being offered, one cannot afford to see Vegas without at least one of these books.
4 Stars Lots of great coupons
We purchased the book for the coupons and were not disappointed. It also gives some information on casino RV parking which we will use. All in all well worth the money. We even purchased a second book for our son and his wife.
5 Stars Best Casino Guide - Hands Down!
I was a little reluctant to purchase this, however, ran into a couple who had it with them last time I was in Vegas. They say they purchase one each time they go there and it really pays off. I will be using mine the end of March, 2009 when I return there and I can’t believe all the FREE and Buy 1/Get 1 coupons I will be using. Great deal!!! I also will purchase each time I go!
5 Stars American Casino Guild 2009
I have bought this book every time we have gone to Las Vegas in the Last 3 years and find it saves me alot of money. It is also good at other casinos fthat we go to. Highly recommend it.

User Ratings and Reviews
5 Stars Excellent
The lock arrived within the time posted to my account. It was what I expected for security standards. The red color is bright and easy to identify.
4 Stars Colours scratch off
I bought two; one was black and one was red. I loved the red, it’s a nice bright colour and goes perfectly with my red suitcase. However, I used it once and some of the colour on the lock has started to scratch/chip off. I haven’t used the black on check in luggage yet.
Other than that, they are sturdy locks. The loop is made out of thick wire so the malleability is nice.
4 Stars Works well
Grreat price, tough little lock. Seemed to pass through airport security w/o any problems on our trip to Alaska, so the TSA part must work for them.
5 Stars Great value in a Cable Lock
At this low price (66% less than Tumi) these are better than the Tumi locks they give you with a Tumi bag purchase. The cable has the ability to swivel/rotate so it doesn’t get all bound up like one where the cable is firmly fixed on one end….This greatly improves the life of the locking cable…Of course they are TSA certified, so no worries when traveling in the USA
5 Stars Great price and worked on a trip to Italy thru several TSA checkpoints
Great price thru Amazon. We used a few of these on a recent trip. I don’t know if the TSA guys used their master key to unlock them but they came thru trouble free. It’s an attractive lock and the flexibility of the little cable makes it great for gym bag locks where you have to snake thru a variety of locker setups.
