5 Stars Perfect Accessory
The bright color makes this easy to find when hiking or near the water and you stop and put it down or misplace the camra.

Real easy to see and when I tried it in a lake on a recent trip it kept my camera afloat and easy to see/grab. If you are using to SW in conditions where it shines (places where you would not take a more delicate camera) this is a great accessory.

5 Stars Works great!
Read some comments that this wouldn’t float your camera. I used it on an Olympus Stylus 850SW. Half of the floating armband was out of the water, or in other words, it had plenty of reserve float capability. After having used it on a recent Caribbean cruise, I wouldn’t think of going in the water without it. I’d also highly recommend it for kayaking.

5 Stars Float Strap Saves The Day
I am a kayak fisherman from St. Petersburg, Florida and got the Olympus 1030SW digital camera for Christmas. The reason that I chose the 1030SW is that it’s waterproof and can be submerged underwater to take movies and pictures. Once I saw that you can purchase the float strap for the camera I immediatley had to have it being a kayak fisherman in all. 2 weeks ago I was paddling in a mangrove tunnel when all of the sudden my paddle got stuck in the roots and I pulled the paddle out and flipped the kayak. I had my float strap on my camera and it stayed above the surface until I could collect myself and my gear. I would advise anyone who has this camera and enjoys watersports as much as I do to purchase this float strap. Without it a $300 camera is going to the ocean floor.

4 Stars Float Strap
Very good design, but a bit more grip is needed to stay secure up on the shoulder.

4 Stars Provides extra confidence
We were unsure of this product as there were a number of others that found it unsatisfactory, but it seemed the best of options. We’ve in our third week of snorkeling in Hawaii and have been quite pleased with the float strap. Although it is too large to keep on the wrist, it pushes up and stays fairly well on the upper arm for long swims, and slides down quickly to wrist when you want the camera for a shot. We’ve tested whether it floats our Olympus underwater camera and it does. We do a lot of snorkeling in deep water and it is nice to have the confidence that if we momentarily lost grip on the camera that we could quickly retrieve it.
